Shipping Policy

Shipping Origin

All products in our store are shipped from our USA warehouse located in Los Angeles, California. Products are domestic to the United States and ship within the USA. Our items are quality-inspected before shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time may be processed the following business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US holidays.

USA Domestic Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (Contiguous USA): $9.95 flat rate per order.
Free Shipping: FREE on all orders $300.00 and above.
Estimated Delivery: 5 to 9 business days after processing.
Carriers: UPS, USPS, or Common Carrier (assigned based on order weight and destination).

Alaska & Hawaii

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS only.
Estimated Delivery: 8 to 12 business days after processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked delivered but not received, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 30 days of the ship date. Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be processed.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address change requests must be submitted before the order is processed.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship domestically within the United States. For international orders, please contact our customer service team for availability and rates.
